Homeowners who reach out to Kentuckyoffering Floor Coating deserve fair treatment. If something went wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to tell us and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can write to us about:

• A call or message with Kentuckyoffering Floor Coating that went poorly
• How we handled or protected your personal data
• Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
• How a provider we referred you to behaved

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one sets its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, first raise it with the provider in writing. Keep copies of everything you send.

Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. Kentuckyoffering Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act for a provider.

• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's company name, if you know it
• A short account of what happened and what outcome you want

What We Do Next

We will confirm we got your message by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it. That may include talking to the provider. After that, we tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may also be able to help.
