Terms of Use for This Site

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use kentuckyoffering.garden and the referral service Kentuckyoffering Floor Coating offers through it. If you use the site, call its number or send a form, you agree to them. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Do

Kentuckyoffering Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent providers of epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coatings. We do not sell coatings. We do not prep, coat or fix floors. We are not part of any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers we connect you with are independent companies. Each one alone is responsible for its quotes, prices, schedules, products, work, warranties, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, manage or control them. We make no promise about when they are available, how fast they work, or how the job turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

For Your Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or engineering advice. Any costs we mention are typical U.S. ranges. They change from job to job, and none is a quote. Confirm details with a qualified provider.

Using the Site Fairly

Give true information. Use the site in lawful ways. Do not disrupt it, and do not try to enter areas you are not allowed to use.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we refer you to, may reach you about your request. We may use phone, text or email. Calls may be logged or recorded for quality and billing. To stop further contact, email contact@kentuckyoffering.garden.

Who Owns the Content

The site's content and design belong to Kentuckyoffering Floor Coating or to those who license them to us. You need our permission to copy or reuse them for business purposes.

Limits on Our Liability

The law sets the limit here. Within that limit, Kentuckyoffering Floor Coating is not liable for loss or harm tied to your use of the site, to any provider's products or services, or to any deal between you and a provider. The site is offered 'as is,' with no warranties.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
